Call for cooperation with suppliers and manufacturers
Vahab International Trading Holding, active in the field of global trade, with the benefit of an extensive network of sales representatives and commercial offices in different countries (Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa), is always seeking to consolidate and complete its supply chain based on the principles of quality-oriented, transparency and sustainability.
In line with its market development strategy and responding to the growing needs of its international customers, it invites all reputable manufacturers and large domestic and foreign suppliers who have the ability to sustainably supply goods in the following groups to send technical, commercial specifications and samples of their products to the holding’s secretariat in Iran, Qatar, Turkey and Spain for evaluation and final approval.

Esteemed applicants can declare their readiness in one of the four main groups below (and related subcategories) based on their area of expertise

Documents and Requirements for Submitting Information (Analysis and Specifications)
Esteemed applicants must submit the following documents and information in full (in Persian and English) in a coherent package to us. Without providing this information, the file will not enter the evaluation stage:
- Technical Specifications and Analysis (COA):
o Certificate of Analysis from a domestic or international laboratory.
o Technical Data Sheet including all physical, chemical and microbial properties (if necessary).
o Production standards (ISO), ASTM, DIN or other valid standards
- Legal and company identity documents:
o Company profile or company catalog
- Logistics and packaging requirements:
o Declaration of monthly/annual production capacity in tons or metric units.
o Standard packaging type and transportation details (loading conditions at ports or borders).
o Delivery time (Lead Time) after placing the order.
Product Sample Submission
Sending a product sample (with minimum laboratory packaging) along with technical documentation is mandatory and a prerequisite for entering the next stage of evaluation.
Samples submitted after passing the QC test in the holding’s trusted laboratories will not be returned.
Time and deadline for submitting the application
- Deadline for submitting documents and samples: 2 months from the date of publication of this call (until 15/09/2026)
- Time for announcing the initial result: maximum 3 weeks after receiving the complete documents and samples
- Start of operational cooperation: immediate and based on the priority of evaluations (after signing the framework agreement)
